Jessica M. Neilson has sixteen years of experience
as a litigator and legal educator in the Seattle area, Los Angeles, Boston, and New York. Following a clerkship on the United States Court of Appeals
for the Second Circuit and a big-firm practice,
Ms. Neilson received her LL.M from Harvard Law School focusing on contracts and legal education. Now committed to teaching law in her home state, Ms. Neilson has a part-time legal practice consisting primarily of contract drafting and disputes, consumer protection, and estate planning.
